Gordon Ramsay has just opened his first West Coast restaurant at the London West Hollywood. Designer David Collins is behind the luxe look of the eponymous Gordon Ramsay, which is upscale and modern, and features embossed leather banquettes and velvet upholstery.
Mirrored dining rooms hold 110 total for seated events, and five private dining rooms each hold as many as 10 guests for seated events. The space also includes a cocktail bar. A menu of contemporary cuisine places an emphasis on seasonal ingredients and includes offerings such as Californian spiny lobster with a white port sauce, and rack of Sonoma lamb with olive-crusted fingerlings.The venue debuted with a cocktail party Wednesday, where David Beckham and Eric McCormack were among the attendees.
