Here's a closer look at Seattle's newest eateries, drinking spots, hotels, conference areas, private rooms, and other spaces available for events this fall. The new and renovated Seattle venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings, and more.

Four Seasons Hotel Seattle
Four Seasons Hotel Seattle
Four Seasons Hotel Seattle debuted its newly renovated 10,500 square feet of meeting and event space in May, along with its redesigned Presidential and Governor’s Suites. The design firm EDG is responsible for the meeting spaces' new look, with carpeting featuring blue and gold that draws from the tones of the play of light on Puget Sound. Enjoy Seattle waterfront views from the 4,940-square-foot Ballroom, which can accommodate 320 for banquet-style events and 500 for receptions. The 1,092-square-foot Cypress and 1,400-square-foot Sycamore rooms each face Pike Place Market, which you can see from floor-to-ceiling windows. The Cypress room can accommodate 70 for banquet-style events or 100 for receptions, while the divisible Sycamore room can accommodate 90 for banquet-style events or 140 for receptions. Meanwhile, the Birch and Maple rooms face the Seattle Art Museum. The 416-square-foot Birch room can accommodate 20 for banquet-style events and 25 for receptions, and the 480-square-foot Maple room can accommodate 20 for banquet-style events and 35 for receptions.

On the 10th floor, the one-bedroom Presidential Suite includes a living room, a formal dining room for 10, a mini-kitchen, bar seating for three, a fitness studio, museum-quality original works on loan from private collections, and a built-in fireplace. The Governor's Suite on the ninth floor includes a living room and dining room that seats six, connected by a dual fireplace. The LA firm Wimberly Interiors, which previously headed up the hotel's guest room refresh in 2019, handled the suite renovations.

Victory Hall
Victory Hall
Victory Hall opened in March at Seattle's Boxyard development in the SoDo neighborhood near T-Mobile Park and Lumen Field. The 9,500-square-foot event space from the Seattle Mariners is located in a circa-1914 historic railroad warehouse. Original details include exposed brick, preserved wooden ceiling beams hovering above 18-foot ceilings, and a painted mural that is thought to date back to 1914. Meanwhile, new elements include polished concrete floors, blackened wood bar counters, and steel chandeliers inspired by baseball stitching. Victory Hall offers indoor and outdoor event spaces. The North Hall includes a 10-tap bar, private mezzanine, and 23-foot TV wall, accommodating up to 300 seated and 500 for receptions. The South Hall includes a 20-tap bar, private restrooms, an AV room that can be used as a DJ booth and four massive TVs, with room for 300 seated or 500 for receptions. Outside, The Yard boasts a standing capacity of 1,500 people with folding glass doors for an indoor-outdoor flow.

The Nineteenth at Hotel 1000 Seattle
Hotel 1000 Seattle, LXR Hotels & Resorts is ready for tee time with the opening of The Nineteenth in August. This is Seattle's only Topgolf Swing Suite, where Full Swing simulator technology powers two simulator bays. The hospitality suite also comes equipped with two large projection TVs, which can be used for interactive games, film screenings or game day parties. The moody space's decor channels golf club chic with plaid and leather accents. An artistic focal point is local artist Matthew Olds' custom recreation of the famous 15th hole at Puget Sound golf course Chambers Bay, depicted with 13,000 painted golf tees. The Nineteenth's menu includes shareable large-format cocktails from the hotel's cocktail bar, Rosebay, and snacks from the hotel's restaurant, All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar. The Topgolf Swing Suite can accommodate up to 14 guests.

Alder & Ash
Alder & Ash
Alder & Ash, a brasserie inspired by the Pacific Northwest, opened in May in downtown's Sheraton Grand Seattle. The stylish restaurant is from hospitality group Apicii, specializing in new American dishes that showcase local ingredients—like the dinner menu's Puget Sound oysters on the half shell or foraged mushroom tagliatelle with confit garlic brodo. An eye-catching marble bar seats 18, and marble accents can be found across the restaurant as well as design elements like walnut tambour panels and leather booths encased by zellige tile. Two private dining rooms accommodate 12 and 24 guests, respectively, while the dining room offers seating for 96 guests in a combination of luxurious banquettes and large booths. The bar and lounge area seats 52 in a combination of small tables, booths, and soft seating.

Palace Kitchen
Palace Kitchen
After closing its doors in March 2020 as the pandemic began, downtown Seattle's Palace Kitchen reopened three years later in April 2023. The outpost from restaurateur Tom Douglas had been a classic since 1996, serving up dressed-up comfort food like ricotta dumplings, wood-grilled chicken wings, and goat cheese-lavender fondue. Palace Kitchen offers two private dining rooms for special events. The fully private Chanterelle Room is set off from the main dining room, and accommodates 20 diners. The King Boletus Parlor, which accommodates 16, is located near Palace Kitchen's vibrant horseshoe bar and includes windows looking out into the dining room.

Revelry Room at Jet City Labs
Revelry Room at Jet City Labs
The Jet City Labs event space located in West Seattle added an attached bar called Revelry Room in April. This tucked-away cocktail lounge is decked out in groovy decor like a striped graphic mural and a statement chandelier. The playful menu at Revelry Room includes concoctions like an espresso martini flavored with Oreo dust or a "Purple Drank" with ube and blended rum. Revelry Room's capacity is 32 people, and the rental fee is based on bar minimum pricing. Outside food and catering can be brought into the bar, and add-ons include a roster of DJs or musicians. Jet City Labs itself is a 1,000-square-foot flexible retail/gallery space that hosts creative endeavors including everything from film screenings to art shows or pop-up shops.

The Flora Bakehouse
The Flora Bakehouse
Cafe Flora's sister restaurant, The Flora Bakehouse, also hosts events, thanks to an event space located upstairs featuring a roof deck with a view of Mount Rainier. The light-filled cafe's indoor event space incorporates florals and touches of pink, while the roof deck is partially covered. The indoor kitchen space can accommodate 15 seated or 20 standing guests, and the upstairs patio can accommodate 65 seated or 85 standing. The event menu spans everything from English high tea parties to Roman-style pizza parties or a playful dessert spread with soft serve. Drinks range from a mimosa bar and seasonal cocktails to nonalcoholic beverages.
