Fashionable decor is always de rigueur, especially at events thrown by the arbiters of taste in the fashion and beauty industries. So fashionistas take note: Jane Carroll of Westchester-based Wisteria Floral Artistry has combined her fashion design training from the Parsons School of Design with her love of flowers and plants to create some chic--and very original--decor pieces. A few examples: platform sandals covered with ranunculus; functional purses covered with leaves; and arrangements that integrate fruits and vegetables. --Suzanne Ito
