Bouquets at Studio Sweet Pea

Floral design firm Studio Sweet Pea is now offering flower arranging lessons in its studio in the Flatiron district. The classes, called "Give Gorgeous," cover the basics of floral design and cost $125 per person, which includes materials, instruction, and snacks. If your group already knows a thing or two about flowers, custom classes are available starting at $250 a person. Owner Lisa Fireman Dorhout can create teambuilding sessions in which each participant contributes to a group arrangement, or instruct everyone on how to make centerpieces for an office party or any other corporate event. Space for in-house intro classes is limited to 10 people, but custom classes can be held off-site for larger groups.
