The gourmet cheese delivery company Shay Cheese expanded its corporate gift program for the holiday season. There are two gift boxes in the program: the Taster ($87), which includes five artisanal cheeses (about a kilogram), and the Sampler ($67), with three cheeses. Each package comes with tasting and storage notes, name cards, and wine suggestions. Among the tasting selection is an aged raw-milk goat cheese and a reserve Stilton; customers can also add more varieties, crackers, or French butter to the package. The cheeses come in a gift-wrapped Styrofoam box with an ice pack and can be delivered throughout Canada. A minimum order of 10 boxes is required for corporate discounts and free wrapping, and customers receive a $5 discount per box if they order before November 17. Individual orders can also be accommodated.
