Engaging Invites recently launched a new product that incorporates a virtual-reality touchscreen into an invitation or brochure. It allows the recipient to interact with the embedded video with the touch of a finger, such as navigating around a venue’s floor plan. Pricing for the custom-made items varies depending on quantity and design needs.

The Bosco recently introduced two new services: The Video Booth records three HD videos that are automatically cut together, set to music, and branded, and it is customizable with options including a green screen, backdrops, and slow motion, while its new roving Social Photographer option features backpacks equipped with a DSLR camera, GIF-making equipment, and an iPad so guests can share their images on the spot. The services are available internationally; pricing is available upon request.

Concert platform Bandsintown has integrated Snapchat’s Creative Kit into its app. The feature allows fans to share concerts through Snapchat stories and stickers. Bandsintown ports all the concert information into Snapchat in the form of a dynamic concert sticker for fans to share instantly. Snapchat, which launched the kits in June, now allows app developers to integrate Snapchat features into their programs.

Milk Bar owner and chef Christina Tosi shares 100 of her best cake recipes in her new book All About Cake (Clarkson Potter), which was released October 23. Filled with sugary goodness, the sweet selection ranges from two-minute microwave mug cakes to her signature naked layer cakes.
