PapaKåta offers teepee-style tents for outdoor festivals and events. A single kåta structure can fit 64 people, but as many as nine or more teepees can be connected to fit more than 400 people at a time. The almost 23-foot-tall tents are made of thick canvas and are held up by wooden poles made from 100-year-old trees grown in Swedish forests. In addition to seating, tables, and dance floors, the company can also provide decorative accessories such as fairy lights, smokeless log fire pits, reindeer skins, Moroccan lamps, and more for an additional fee. Pricing starts around $4,000, including flooring, lighting, a dance floor, seating, and tax; the York, England-based company can ship its tents overseas.
