Bitches Who Brunch Fall Brunch Fest

On September 20, lifestyle website Bitches Who Brunch hosted a fall-theme event at Washington's Long View Gallery in partnership with Heirloom Catering. Seasonal decor elements included hay bales and scattered leaves near a chalkboard that displayed the event's hashtag.

In lieu of a traditional step-and-repeat, Kehoe designed a large floral sculpture supported by three wire framing panels; a hand-painted mural served as the backdrop. Elsewhere, Kehoe utilized the models and greeters as an additional branding opportunity with temporary tattoos on their bodies.

For the Cirque du Soleil-style holiday party for Traffic Control Services, held at its corporate office in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, in December 2014, JDK Group used eccentric elements like colorful hanging parasols and inflatable furniture by Cort Event Furnishings to transform the room.

Big Sur Wedding

For a wedding in Big Sur, California, producer and designer Sterling Engagements suspended a 12-foot dream catcher decor piece above the dance floor.

Fox Emmy Party

The Russell Harris team described the event as having a "Restoration Hardware-esque" look, with design by Thomas Ford. A Ford-designed sculpture used old-fashioned sign letters, metal numbers, and plexiglass signage to represent the three hosting networks: Fox Broadcasting, 20th Century Fox, and the FX channel.

In 2005, Avon created an indoor park to preview its Mark line of cosmetics. A wrought-iron gate opened to four vignettes, which included a small faux maple tree with orange and red foliage and teardrop-shaped glass candleholders suspended from the branches, red umbrellas hovering over a wooden park bench and moss-covered pedestals, and warm yellow lighting.

Vanessa Williams' Egyptian-Theme Wedding

Zohar Productions provided gold and ivory tents at an indoor wedding for Vanessa Williams, which took place July 4 in Buffalo, New York. The handcrafted, custom-made wedding tents were part of the event's Egyptian theme, which also included belly dancers and whirling dervishes.

Side Yards

The Yards hosted its second annual Side Yards at Yards Park on November 7 in Washington. The sideshow spectacle featured three stages of entertainment by Circus of Wonders, and a variety of hanging umbrellas were part of the event's decor.

Diffa's Dining by Design New York 2015

Inspired by the ceramics of South African artist Ruan Hoffmann and murals by Rebecca Rebouche, interior designer Alexis Givens created a moonlight feast setting for Anthropologie at Diffa's Dining by Design event in March. The ceiling covering was made from bright blue-painted recycled plastic bottles, and pink flowers decked the tables.
