In an effort to foster guest engagement and interaction, Blueprint Studios recently expanded its custom staging capabilities and utilized inventive decor at several large scale, multi-day corporate conferences.
During the conferences, which took place in New Orleans, Las Vegas, and San Francisco, the Blueprint Studios team infused open, comfortable lounge settings with distinct, branded elements to achieve this goal.
More than ever before, attendees and participants are expecting curated, unique events with substantial return on experience. Augmenting spaces with seating or standing environments encourages people to gather together and inspires conversation.
For instance, networking niches like lounges, pop-up cafes, and meeting spots are less formal and have become very popular with the tech industry in particular.
At larger events, even the precise placement of communal tables throughout a conference is a surefire way of getting a small group of six to eight people connecting with one another. Especially if the event features unique food and beverage displays, stunning props, and memorable tabletop floral with contemporary lines.
Drawing from Blueprint Studios’ sizable in-house collection of curated rental furnishings, any conference layout is possible. The team works with event designers to fabricate pieces that serve a purpose such as custom cabinetry, bars, and stages. Coupled with Blueprint's printing department, the branding possibilities are countless. Recent projects include a large-scale reclaimed wood stage for a network security conference and a futuristic, interactive high-tech home stage set for a product launch.

The Blueprint Studios team is made up of passionate designers, craftspeople, and professionals who understand the difference between creating a great design versus creating a lasting, shared experience with design.
