Taste Catering & Event Planning purchased a hand-made Italian meat slicer for cheese-and-charcuterie pairing stations. The caterer even gave the slicer a name: Franchesca Tesstarosa. Options include small plates with cheese pairings and Quercia proscuitto, fatted calf mortadella, finocchiona salami, and coppa served in bamboo cones with house-made horseradish mustard, cornichons, and house-marinated olives. Pricing ranges from $20 to $40 per person depending on the menu.
