Trader Vic’s off-site catering business recently introduced its tiki version of a punch bowl—the Mai Tai Boat. The tropical trough drink station is available in two package options: the Island Hopper, which serves 50 or more people and includes a choice of as many as three cocktails including variations of the mai tai and non-alcoholic options, or the Royal Hawaiian, which serves 80 or more people and includes the same cocktail options as the Island Hopper. Planners can add on additional cocktails such as the Singapore Symphony for an extra charge.
