On September 5, Diffa: Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS hosted its annual Picnic by Design event with a collection of intricate Broadway-inspired baskets. Held at the lounge and terrace at the Viacom building in Times Square, the event hosted more than 200 design industry guests who bid on the baskets, raising nearly $60,000 for the organization.

David Stark also created unique centerpieces for the 2018 Robin Hood benefit, also held at the Javits Center. The event, which had a “Lights of New York” theme, featured three-sided mini marquee centerpieces that offered messages of gratitude and celebrated the organization's anniversary.

At the arrival reception and dinner, an indigo and goldenrod color palette found in the table linens and flatware was especially striking.
