San Antonio's Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center is undergoing a $325 million expansion project that will include more space for groups to meet off the show floor. The facility already offers the Lonesome Dove Room, which has flexible seating and a look inspired by the living room of a grand Texas ranch house.
