
This year's Governors Ball drew inspiration from cinematic history, with 3,000 photos from the academy’s archives used as decor. Cheryl Cecchetto and Sequoia Productions designed and produced the event, which was held at the Ray Dolby Ballroom at Hollywood & Highland on February 22.

The Recording Academy’s official after-party, known as the Grammy Celebration, boasted a vintage travel theme, including costumed entertainers from Entertainment Plus. The event, which was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center on February 8, was inspired by glamorous air, sea, and land travel in the 1920s and ‘30s.

Nielsen hosted a pre-Grammy celebration at Hyde Sunset Kitchen & Cocktails on February 7. Decor included eye-catching hanging floral arrangements inside the space, as well as upside-down flowers along the arrivals wall.

The Academy's Governors Ball featured table linens and carpeting in rustic orange hues to complement the historical Hollywood vibe, proving that orange might really be the new black.

Tabletop centerpieces at the Grammy Celebration included a globe (to play into the travel theme) nestled in a bowl of orange roses.

At W magazine's "It Girl" luncheon, held January 10 at A.O.C. in West Hollywood, guests, including Kim Kardashian and Allison Williams, dined at tables with crisp white table linens accented with pops of pink roses.

White pillar and votive candles, along with simple blooms, decorated the understated tabletop at the Barneys New York and Oxfam benefit dinner hosted by Rooney Mara, which was held at Chateau Marmont on February 18.

An eight-foot-tall manzanita tree with hanging orbs filled with candles, flowers, and succulents greeted guests at the Grammy Foundation’s V.I.P. reception, which was held at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre on February 5. Elite Productions International designed the floral decor.

Wolfgang Puck, along with chef Matt Bencivenga, served bite-size hors d’oeuvres in terrarium-like vessels at the Governors Ball.
