zkipster, one of the industry's most innovative and streamlined digital event check-in services, has added new tools to its service. Planners can now activate internal alerts that will ping staff with an email or text when a V.I.P. guest arrives. Planners can also take a test drive of zkipster before signing up. This free trial is available for lists of as many as 25 guests, so planners can test out all facets of the service prior to their event.
zkipster's mission is to kill the bottleneck at the door that traditional paper check-in can cause. When using the zkipster app for iPad and iPhone, the average search and check-in time is only three seconds per guest, and data stored in the SSL-encrypted cloud syncs lists among multiple devices in real time. zkipster's team is currently working on updates that will introduce a smart integration with Raiser's Edge for nonprofits and fund-raisers, a wireless connection to mobile name tag printers, as well as a streamlined visual guest list tool.
