* INCOMING *
1. UPGRADE FOR CALGARY STAMPEDE: From Toronto bureau chief Carla Warrilow: The giant rodeo event, which draws a million attendees each summer, kicked off its 100-day countdown Thursday at Calgary’s Olympic Plaza. The kickoff came with announcements about July’s Centennial Stampede. “Light Up the City,” presented by TransAlta, will see four quadrants of Calgary lit with fireworks for six of the Stampede’s 10 nights. It will be Canada’s largest synchronized pyrotechnics display. The new Bell Centennial Plaza will house an 850-foot zipline and a new stage. The release: http://bit.ly/H58DRg
2. TEBOW SALES TUSSLE: In a battle over whether Nike or Reebok has the rights to sell the backup quarterback’s merchandise, the first round goes to Nike. Women’s Wear Daily: “A Manhattan federal judge issued a temporary restraining order preventing Reebok from making or selling any unauthorized apparel bearing the name of the newly minted New York Jets player. Reebok also has to offer to repurchase all unauthorized Tebow product from resellers and vendors. Reebok still has the right to sell Tebow merchandise related to the quarterback’s former team, the Denver Broncos.” http://bit.ly/HrMThg

4. ADVERTISING OPT-OUTS: The Los Angeles Times: “Yahoo Inc. will offer a ‘do not track’ feature on all its Web sites by early summer that will allow consumers to opt out of targeted advertisements based on data collected about their online movements, the company said Thursday.” Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari already offer the feature, and Chrome is planning to add it by the end of the year, all in an effort to stay ahead of regulators. http://lat.ms/H5M1QF
5. BLACKBERRY SALES BLUES: Research in Motion will focus on the corporate market, as “C.E.O.
