The Duncan Street Entertainment Complex has created a new multi-venue playground in the downtown entertainment district. The 21,000-square-foot property, formerly home to Vinnies and Duncan Street Grill, features five distinct spaces available for private bookings and special events. Vegas Bar (pictured), which opened November 19, is the largest. It offers a traditional club atmosphere with varnished hardwood floors and plush leather couches. The other spaces are scheduled to open this month. Denim Lounge will feature a more casual environment with tapas on the menu, while Snifters Bar and Bistro will specialize in fine dining and an upscale atmosphere. There will also be a members-only room and an ultraritzy nightclub. The various rooms can hold 20 to 443 standing guests; the complex as a whole can accommodate as many as 1,100 standing guests. The cost to rent the entire space starts at $6,000.
