Odile Chatelain's handmade truffles

Last Saturday, Odile Chatelain opened Odile Chocolat Boutique on Dundas Street West, establishing a flagship for her handmade truffles. The chocolate concoctions come in 21 different flavours, including a special selection with offerings like the Mexicana (tequila, candied lime peel, chipotle pepper) and Bollywood (cardamom, silver leaf), as well as traditional treats filled with cognac, lavender, and espresso. Chatelain will continue to offer handcrafted chocolates for corporate events, and she intends to begin hosting wine and chocolate tastings for groups of as many as 12 in the new shop this spring.
