Floral designer Michelle Tran, co-owner and lead designer at With a Flower, decorated the Ritz Carlton, Toronto on July 18 with $80,000 worth of flowers for a personal engagement party designed to look straight out of a fairytale. One thousand Pink Floyd roses lined the entryway walls and ceilings, while more than 25,000 gloriosa blooms decorated the walls, floors, and light fixtures.

The opening ceremony for the Pan American Games in Toronto, which run through Sunday, was held July 10 at Rogers Centre. After IMG announced in May that it wouldn't produce Miami Swim Week, local event producers and venues decided to save the event, which took place July 15 to 21. Liquid nitrogen created a futuristic effect at stations where Kryogenifex mixed boozy icy treats at the Escape Miami Style Lounge at the Shelborne Wyndham Grand hotel on Saturday.

Michael Breach, a Brooklyn-based coffee artist who appears at events all over the world, makes latte art that inspires guests to snap photos and share them on social media. Able to work from photos, Breach can design faces, logos, or even pets in foam. As for the most unusual designs he's created, Breach said that he rendered a "very odd assortment of objects" in foam for a skit with Amy Schumer and Comedy Central. Each design typically takes around five minutes.

ESPN the Magazine hosted the official Body at ESPYs party at Milk Studios. Event Eleven designed the space to feel like a photo studio with massive oversize prints from the issue. Projections evoked the look of film reels, and framed images hung in a gallery-like arrangement throughout the venue. Lounge seating had a stripped, modern feel.

The ESPY Awards Official After-Party, presented by Miller Lite, took place on the Event Deck at L.A. Live. A 16- by 16-foot wood logo wall with interlaced huckleberry vines incentivized guests to share snaps and selfies on social media.

Pitchfork Media hosted its 10th annual Pitchfork Music Festival at Chicago's Union Park July 17 to 19. Local beer company Goose Island made custom periscopes, set back from the main stages, that let guests peer at the festival crowds near the stages.

Who knew carpet samples could come in handy at a music festival? Chicago-based carpet company Flor handed out some 5,000 squares of carpet so that guests could make their own carpeted seating areas on the grass. When the weather turned stormy on Saturday, guests used the carpets to cover muddy spots on festival grounds.

To promote the second season of its nudity-filled reality show Dating Naked, VH1 encouraged pedestrians to undress an interactive billboard in Los Angeles on June 17. The billboard, which presented an image of two fully-clothed contestants, was constructed with removable squares that contained naked-theme prizes on the back. As more people peeled away squares, the contestants were revealed to be in the buff, with everything but a few certain bits exposed.
