Urban AdvenTours leads bicycle tours around the city, taking in historical, architectural, and other themed highlights. From its new downtown headquarters, which opened last April, the company conducts excursions including a Paul Revere trek that echoes the patriot’s famous ride from the North End through Charlestown, Lexington, and Concord; a loop past a variety of the city’s green buildings; and tours that lead riders to a sampling of city restaurants.

Outings can range from two to four hours in duration and usually cover five to 25 miles, with informative stops along the way. An average group size is 10 to 12 riders, and tours for as many as 60 people may be done with additional leaders. Regularly offered tour topics can be adjusted, and wholly customized rides are also possible.
