Chef Amy Kohen's Savory to Sweet offers full-service catering and cooking classes throughout Boston and the MetroWest area. An alumna of the Ritz-Carlton in Chicago, as well as Boston-based operations Basil Tree, Green Olive Catering, and Baker's Best Catering, Kohen can create custom menus for events as well as in-office breakfast or lunch meetings. Signature hors d'oeuvres include charred shrimp skewers with red onion-port sauce, orange- and thyme-scented oil-cured olives, and sesame-crusted tuna loin on wontons with wasabi mayo and scallions.

Chef Kohen's culinary courses are as customizable as her menus. Sessions may be designed to suit a group's interests and skill level; there is a 10-person minimum and each class is $25 per person, plus food costs. Classes are held at a location of the host's choosing.
