1. Just off of the Common, KO Prime debuted in May 2007. Inside the Nine Zero hotel, chef Ken Oringer puts a creative spin on Kobe beef, king salmon, and Dover sole. KO Prime has private room for 12 and also caters meals in the hotel's conference rooms, which provide space for as many as 100 people.
2. The name may not sound upscale, but Boston beef-lovers are flocking to Mooo to try the Kobe beef dumplings and other innovative steak-centric dishes. Mooo opened inside the XV Beacon Hotel in July 2007 and has a private dining room for 20.
