Here's a look at Boston's new spaces open for events this fall. The new and renovated Boston venues are available for corporate parties, weddings, fundraisers, outdoor functions, business dinners, team-building activities, conferences, meetings, and more.

Giusto

Part of the Hammetts Hotel as of last month, Giusto is a 6,600-square-foot restaurant serving “freestyle Italian.” A 3,400-square-foot interior dining room welcomes 78 seated guests, or 160 standing. A 400-square-foot private dining room accommodates 14 seated guests, or 20 reception style. A sprawling 2,800-square-foot patio overlooking the Newport waterfront welcomes 100 seated guests, or 200 standing. Available for full and partial buyouts, the restaurant can also partner with the hotel for additional space.

The Dial

Located at the new 907 Main Hotel in Cambridge’s Central Square, The Dial opened in mid-September. Featuring a mid-century modern design aesthetic, the 1,250-square-foot restaurant serves up globally inspired plates in a 750-square-foot main dining room that accommodates 55 seated guests or 200 for a cocktail-style event. There is also a 500-square-foot private dining room for as many as 50 guests, seated or standing, as well as a 1,601-square-foot patio that welcomes 100 seated guests or 320 for cocktail receptions. In addition to partial buyouts, the venue is available for full buyouts, accommodating 105 seated guests or 250 reception style.

Bianca

The 3,090-square-foot Bianca restaurant, which is set to open this fall, is the highly anticipated new spot from Nancy and Tim Cushman, known for beloved venues like O Ya and Hojoko. Serving up wood-fired pizza, handmade pastas, and signature sandwiches, Bianca is a family-friendly spot that can accommodate as many as 200 seated guests or 250 for a reception-style event. This includes the 450-square-foot private dining room (shown here), which has full audiovisual capabilities and can accommodate as many as 32 seated guests or 30 standing. Inside Bianca is also Mr. Roni Cups, a Roman-style pizzeria and takeout market serving everything from wood-fire rotisserie to sushi and classic cocktails.

The Lexington at Cambridge Crossing

Set to open Oct. 15, The Lexington is the latest venue from local star chef Will Gilson. Located in The Shed at Cambridge Crossing, the massive East Cambridge development, the stylish cocktail bar and restaurant features a 2,066-square-foot main dining room, which accommodates as many as 75 seated guests. On the second floor, a private dining room, which measures 714 square feet, welcomes 24 seated guests or 40 for a cocktail-style event. It has full audiovisual capabilities, including two flat-screen smart TVs. Bonus: There’s also a 1,928-square-foot bar on the second floor that welcomes 86 standing guests, or 60 for a seated event. For warmer weather, a 1,031-square-foot deck accommodates 40 seated guests or 59 standing. The first floor of The Shed will be home to Gilson’s Cafe Beatrice, also set to open Oct. 15. The all-day cafe accommodates 87 seated guests in a 1,332-square-foot space. To boot, Gilson's third restaurant in the space, a full-service Italian restaurant called Geppetto, is slated to open in 2021.

Tuscan Sea Grill & Bar

Tuscan Sea Grill & Bar, the latest eatery from Tuscan Brands, opened in July in picturesque Newburyport. The 8,000-square-foot venue serves up coastal Italian food in an oceanfront environment. With an entire capacity for 240 seated guests, the space can be broken up into a variety of configurations for full or partial buyouts. The 5,500-square-foot interior dining room welcomes 96 seated guests, while the 2,500-square-foot patio seats 78. An 800-square-foot private dining room can accommodate 24 seated guests and has full audiovisual capabilities.
