Located a mile and a half from its namesake airport, the Aloft Chicago O'Hare offers 24-hour complimentary shuttle service to and from the terminal, surrounding offices, and local restaurants. It's also within walking distance from the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center.
The Starwood property, which opened in July, houses 251 guest rooms, each of which feature nine-foot ceilings and amenities ranging from Bliss spa products to free Wi-Fi and 42-inch LCD HD TVs that can link up to laptops. Guests also have access to a fitness center and indoor and outdoor pools.
Two on-site "Tactic" meeting rooms offer classroom-style seating for 25 or 30 guests. Other features of the venue include the W XYZ Bar, which is available for full buyout and can accommodate approximately 200 guests. The bar spills into a lounge-like area called Re:mix, where highlights include a pool table and a fireplace-equipped patio that's open year-round.
