Named for the jagged-edged shape of cilantro leaves, Vietnamese eatery Sawtooth came to the West Loop in August. Available for buyout, the upscale restaurant holds 300. A garden patio seats an additional 34.
On the second floor, a semiprivate dining room holds 12, and the whole floor seats 82. The third floor houses a private dining room that can host dinners for 70. For presentations, hosts can make use of an in-house projection screen.
Focusing on small plates, the menu offers items such as crispy chicken wings with jalapeño-garlic sauce and catfish simmered in caramel. The bar slings biodynamic wines, local beers, and cocktails made with infused liquors.
