Two Chefs Resign in Good Standing

With no immediate plans for her future, Keys chef Dawn Sieber recently resigned from both the Green Turtle Inn and Kaiyo, seeking a different climate and stimulation. Meanwhile, after nearly a decade, pastry chef Hedy Goldsmith has parted ways with Myles Chefetz and his four South Beach restaurants (Nemo, Prime 112, Shoji Sushi, Big Pink) to change her professional direction. Both resignations came on good terms.
