Meanwhile, after nearly a decade, pastry chef Hedy Goldsmith has parted ways with Myles Chefetz and his four South Beach restaurants (Nemo, Prime 112, Shoji Sushi, Big Pink) to change her professional direction. Both resignations came on good terms.
