Yeas and Nays reports today that Dominic Chianese (better known as The Sopranos' Uncle Junior) will perform a litany of Italian ballads at an intimate dinner for Knock Out Abuse Against Women at the Decatur House next Thursday. The V.I.P. dinner for 75 is a thank-you to the anti-abuse organization’s sponsors.
Knock Out Abuse is deep in planning its 14th annual gala, set to take place for the seventh year at the Ritz-Carlton Washington D.C. on November 8 (the same night as the like-minded Fight for Children’s Fight Night). Webster Group director Ellen Blankenstein is handling production for the gala, which is expected to garner some 750 guests this year. A South Beach theme is on tap.
