Regent Bal Harbour's premier restaurant, 1 Bleu, recently announced that it will now be open for lunch. Executive chef Gerdy Rodriguez will be serving starter items including grilled shrimp gazpacho and Mediterranean salads. Main course items, priced at $18 to $34, include American Kobe burgers, veal agnolotti with white truffle oil, and a wide selection of seafood such as freshly caught grouper and oysters, as well as Mediterranean mussels, wild salmon, and Maine lobster. 1 Bleu is open for lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., seven days a week.
