From now until Labor Day, AltaMar seafood restaurant on Lincoln Road in Miami will be offering a summer prix fixe menu featuring items such as tuna tataki with wakame and hummus, and pan-roasted mahimahi with jumbo lump crabmeat and garlic mojo.

A few blocks north, The Restaurant at the Setai now features the "Summer at the Setai" four-course menu, priced at $55 per person. Menu options include a dim sum selection; chicken with galangal, kaffir, lime leaf, and oyster mushrooms simmered in coconut milk; specialty South Asian desserts; and more. The restaurant is also featuring a selection of 55 wines from around the globe, for $55 a bottle.Farther up the beach, the Regent Bal Harbour's 1 Bleu has decided to continue featuring its Miami Spice preview menu through the end of July. Specialties include Hawaiian yellowfin tuna carpaccio, civet of duck with lentils, and Greek yogurt pannacotta with wild berry consommΓ© and honey tuile. A three-course meal of selections off the menu will run $23 for lunch and $36 for dinner.
