When Eleven Spa in Delray Beach celebrated its third anniversary on November 11, luxury was the name of the game. As guests arrived at the red-carpeted entrance, they were immediately confronted with two tall silver trees dripping in clear crystals, for a flashy diamond look. Just inside, the wall shelves-usually lined with beauty products-held candles and glasses of champagne, which were handed to guests as they entered.
The main event took place outside in the spa's courtyard. There, Atlas Party Rentals created a white-hot oasis of opulence for event-goers in the V.I.P. cabanas. From the Casablanca lily and orchid arrangements to the white satin linens and dancers in Swarovski crystal-encrusted bodysuits, luxury was everywhere. Lotus lights hung from the white draping separating the cabanas, added intimate lighting.Caterwaiters wandered throughout the courtyard serving a variety of hors d'oeuvres provided by Gourmet Design Catering. Guests enjoyed beef Wellington, tuna tartar served on fresh plantain chips, wild mushroom and risotto arancini, and shrimp and cream cheese spread served on potato pancakes. Bite-size brownies and chocolate truffles were served for dessert.
Throughout the night, Palm Beach's elite mixed, mingled, and danced as DJ Adam Lipson and German Garcia spun the latest tunes from their glowing floating platform in the courtyard pool.
