Slated to open in November, Top Chef Fabio Viviani's Siena Tavern will occupy the iconic 10,000-square-foot venue at 404 Washington Avenue (formerly China Grill South Beach). Viviani's second outpost to his Chicago flagship, the spacious restaurant will channel a rustic Italian vibe with an industrial tavern feel. While preserving its Art Deco history, Siena Tavern plans to incorporate local street-art elements to fuse a modern Miami feel. The restaurant will offer full and semiprivate buyouts, plus outdoor terrace options. The private dining room will feature a full-service bar and a terrace for as many as 125 guests.
