Created with long-lasting natural roses, Don de Fleurs’ preserved flower products are gaining popularity with the South Florida wedding crowd. “We are selling a lot of our preserved flower bouquets for the bridal party and boutonnieres for the men,” says owner Samuel Nwokolo. “Because these are made with our ‘preserved flowers,’ they last up to a full year or longer, allowing the wedding party to relive the celebratory memories months after the wedding has passed.” Plus, place cards accompanied by a single rose are a unique seating arrangement idea, while memoir boxes ($199 for four roses and $399 for 16 roses) that double as photo keepsakes are a fresh take on wedding party gifts.

For events seeking a pop of color, the newly designed Mika dining table selections from Ronen Rental feature birch wood with colorful tops and a modern structure with clean lines. “Our idea with this line is to introduce a table that can feel happy, unpretentious, and just add more color to events,” says owner Ronen Tamary. The Mika dining table, which seats eight to 10 people, is available in mojito (mint), rose (pink), black, and terrazzo.

Beginning in December, catering got hotter at the AmericanAirlines Arena, as chefs from Hollywood’s Diplomat Beach Resort teamed up with the venue for a culinary collaboration known as the Chef Partner Program. The residency is offered at the Miami Heat’s Flagship Lounge and is accessible to premium members. The series kicked off with celeb chef Geoffrey Zakarian and featured items like stone crabs, crawfish mac and cheese, roasted pomegranate-glazed short rib, a red snapper taco station, and more. Following Zakarian’s December stint, chef Michael Schulson is set to host in January and Diplomat Prime is slated for March.
