VENUE: Amtrak's Moving Meeting Space

The current economy leaves no time to spare. So if you need to mobilize a group--but still have them tend to business--consider renting an Amtrak train car with meeting space. The company's conference car features 18 first-class seats, a food and beverage galley, a private conference room that seats eight, and break-out cubicles for two to four people. Or larger groups an rent a charter train with at least three cars that vary in layout to seat 18 to 84 passengers. Planners can utilize Amtrak's food service, or bring in an outside caterer.
