Leave it to The New York Post to publish a picture of the guy Page Six calls "the biggest party crasher of this millennium." Chances are you've seen "Shaggy" around. Described by the column as "the poodle-haired partier," he calls himself Steve Kaplan or Stephen Kaye, and claims to be a TV producer, or magazine exec from L.A.
The best line of the item: "This town's so dead these days," one socialite told the tab. "At some bashes, he's the biggest celebrity."
If you haven't seen Shaggy around—and you probably have—check out his picture at http://www.pagesix.com/pagesix/19081.htm. Or just look around at the next event you go to.
