At the next corporate meeting, identify attendees with an updated version of the standard "Hello, my name is..." name tag: a mug with the same blue rectangular design printed on it, with space for a name. The mugs serve as a placeholder and ID—and well, mugs—and come with a grease pencil so names wipe off afterwards and the mugs can be reused.
