New Eatery for Gramercy Hotel

With Ian Schrager’s improvements to the Gramercy Park Hotel will come a new restaurant run by John McDonald, owner of Mercbar, Lever House, and Lure Fishbar. The 140-seat brasserie is slated to open in about a year, New York magazine reports.
