Hampton’s in the new Four Seasons Westlake Village hotel combines the brand’s elegance with a seasonal, healthy approach to cuisine. The room is on the garden level of the hotel, looking out over a manicured lawn and waterfalls, and has typical Four Seasons accoutrements: voluminous flower arrangements, tall columns, cream-colored walls, and rich fabrics. Separated from the main dining room by glass doors, the private room is filled with dark-wood furniture and a long table. There’s also a chef’s table in the kitchen where guests can interact with executive chef Sandro Gamba and his staff. The table seats eight.

Chef Gamba has a deft hand with rich-tasting soups and sauces—you’d never know the butter or cream was missing. Think spa cuisine with flavor. Hampton’s holds 86 for seated events, and there’s additional space for 30 on the outdoor patio.
