The Bravery played to a capacity crowd at the Saturday opening of the much-anticipated new downtown concert space Crash Mansion, the L.A. outpost of Crash Mansion in New York. Approximately 1,200 people, a capacity crowd, attended. Upcoming acts include the Brand New Heavies, who will headline KCRW's unofficial Grammy party there on February 8.
The venue's main concert floor includes a stage, a DJ booth off to the side, and two bar stations. The lounge, which doubles as a V.I.P. area, hosts DJ performances and offers a separate bar, as well as booths, couches, and tables. Spin Public Relations handles PR for the venue, which is close to the Nokia Theatre and Staples Center.
