Pastry chef Ellen Mirsky of Public has branched out with Em Chocolatier, crafting treats like dark-chocolate lemon and mint truffles, basil-balsamic truffles, and milk-chocolate ancho-chili almond clusters, as well as more traditional milk or dark turtles and a selection of bark. She will take large orders for events.
