How's this for a timely high-end/low-end meeting meal? Dogmatic offers hormone-, nitrate-, and antibiotic-free sausages specially encased in artisanal baguettes and paired with special sauce combinations. The new eatery near Union Square offers a variety of meats: beef, chicken, pork, turkey, or lamb (as well as the vegetarian option of grilled asparagus); sauces include truffle gruyere, mint yogurt, and sundried tomato feta. Coleslaw is available as a side dish, and soon macaroni and cheese will be on the menu. There are house-made sodas including ginger, coconut, and lemon-lime, too. Dogmatic is mapping a delivery service range, and can currently accommodate large to-go orders for pick up.
