* INCOMING *

1. BURBERRY TAKES TO TWITTER: The brand posted backstage Twitpics of each look from its runway collection before its spring/summer 2012 show in Hyde Park for London Fashion Week yesterday, a push to gain the attention of the largest online audience. Burberry also streamed its show on its Web site and Facebook. Mashable: "We’ve argued previously that livestreaming is transforming Fashion Week, once a largely private trade event for press and buyers, into a global, consumer-facing experience—a concept that will perhaps become fully realized at the show Burberry is staging across so many social networks and other online platforms Monday."
