Groups headed for a tour of the city’s monuments or, say, the Virginia wine country have a new booking option from McLean-based Chariots for Hire. This week, the transportation provider added a 24-passenger, all-weather trolley to its fleet, which includes luxury SUVs, limos, and motor coaches. The rate is $175 per hour (with a four-hour minimum), plus 20 percent, which covers tax, fuel surcharge, and a partial gratuity. An added green benefit: The trolley runs on natural gas.
