Do you know what the maximum height of a non-elevated floral arrangement should be? Are you able to calculate the appropriate size table or dance floor based on guest count? Event design is not just about ideas and inspiration, but about the process too. And at this year's BizBash Live: The Expo Los Angeles on June 24, the Four Seasons of Event Design Luncheon will explore the ins and outs of designing events.

The session, co-hosted by the Wedding Industry Professionals Association (WIPA) and Cheryl Fish, president of High Rise Events, will be moderated by BizBash president Richard Aaron and showcase unique tabletops around the theme of the four seasons: winter, spring, summer, and fall. Four designers will share insight into their process, from inspiration and material selection to conceptualization and execution. Participating local design firms include Tom Ford Design, Tic-Tock Couture, the Empty Vase, and Wedding Elegance by Nahid. Town and Country Event Rentals, EventAVision Lighting & Audio Visual, and Resource One Linens are the sponsors, providing each design company access to their inventories to incorporate into the luncheon.

The Four Seasons of Event Design Luncheon will be held at the Los Angeles Convention Center and was specially created for social planners, nonprofit organizers, and event designers managing any type of social event, including weddings and galas.
