One of the biggest annual events on the South Beach spring-break circuit, the Victoria’s Secret Pink pool party took place at the Shelborne Beach Resort in Miami in March 2012. The upscale poolside lounge was turned into a Victoria's Secret Pink haven, decked out in branded furniture, pool toys, balloons, and beach gear.

'Variety' and Women in Film's Pre-Emmy Party

Variety and Women in Film toasted female nominees with a pre-Emmy event on Friday. Presented by Saint Vintage, the bash took to Scarpetta at Montage Beverly Hills and included food from chef Scott Conant. Big-name host committee members attended, including Alec Baldwin, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Joel McHale, and Amy Poehler.

Fox Emmy Party

The Russell Harris team described the event as having a "Restoration Hardware-esque" look, with design by Thomas Ford. A Ford-designed sculpture used old-fashioned sign letters, metal numbers, and plexiglass signage to represent the three hosting networks: Fox Broadcasting, 20th Century Fox, and the FX channel.

Chicago design firm INDO uses sustainably sourced materials for installations, window displays, and interiors. Recently, founders Linsey Burritt and Crystal Hodges decked a tent ceiling with 200 sheets of red screen-printed polypropylene from a local recycling company. The duo is currently working on designing an event-friendly collection of rentable backdrops and self-supported structures.

Perrier-Jouët Enchanting Garden Dinner

A decor piece dubbed the “Enchanting Tree” held Perrier-Jouët champagne flutes at a dinner at Soho Beach House's Tiki Garden. The tree, commissioned by the brand, as well as smaller versions, traveled to several events affiliated with Design Miami.
