The Teen Choice Awards' V.I.P. tent at the Galen Center August 16 invited entire families of sponsors and Fox V.I.P.s. Designed and produced by YourBash, the tent's centerpiece was a three-tier chandelier made from 200 yards of fabric.

Urban Decay hosted an event at Disneyland in April to celebrate the brand’s Alice in Wonderland collection for the upcoming Through the Looking Glass Disney movie. Colorful blooms decorated a table set for a tea party with fancy china, and decorated hedging and topiaries alongside it.

While officially buying the building before the gala was always the goal, event planner Sam Palmer was careful to ensure the gathering would be successful even if the timing didn’t work out. “We had a million different plans, because quite frankly, a million details needed to go right for that to happen,' he said. 'Our leadership and board worked very, very hard to get us across the finish line, and it was a beautiful moment.”
