For the Wildlife Conservation Society's junior committee benefit at the Central Park Zoo, Match Catering and Eventstyles served up an exotic menu of Asian and Moroccan cuisine (similar to the Moroccan fare they served at the Henry Street Settlement benefit) to match the event's Asian decor theme. Musters & Company's embroidered tapestry tablecloths provided a beautiful setting for the food, some of which was set out in front of the snow monkey display, where the monkeys sat nonchalantly and watched the guests watch them.

For the Wildlife Conservation Society's benefit at Central Park Zoo, Match Catering and Eventstyles' exotic hors d'oeuvres featured Marrakesh toasts with mashed fava bean laid out on a giant Calathea Medallion leaf on a bamboo platter.

The Moroccan buffet table contained Moroccan breads with harissa and eggplant caviar, cured olives, chicken and lamb kebabs and roasted almonds and apricots.

A sushi station included spicy tuna, "Match" rolls and California rolls with ginger, wasabi and soy sauce.

The dinner buffet included cold sesame noodles, Peking stir fried veggies and mesclun mix with daikon and a carrot cinnamon vinaigrette.
