At a spring networking event for event planners at the Decor Floral showroom, caterer Annemarie's Feast showed off its decorative flair by serving hors d'oeuvres on pretty beds of fresh parsley, slices of red bell peppers, and layers of cherry tomatoes. The effect was a colorful, fresh and textured approach to serving decor. And for those particularly fanatical gourmands at the event, the parsley was a palate-cleanser (and breath-freshener) between tastings of dishes like salmon tartare on toast, vegetable spring rolls and tostadas with prosciutto and mango avocado salsa.

At the spring welcome party at the Decor Floral showroom, Annmarie's Feast served salmon tartare on toast hors d'oeuvres on a bed of red bell pepper slices.

Vegetable spring rolls were served on a bed of parsley with a bamboo shoot container filled with spicy coriander dipping sauce.

Tostadas with prosciutto and mango avocado salad were served on a layer of cherry tomatoes.
