The 10th iteration of Art Basel Miami Beach wrapped up Sunday following a weeklong showing of art and design. A record number of 50,000 visitors flocked to the Miami Beach Convention Center to see work from more than 2,000 artists and 260 galleries from 30 countries. As usual, big (and fledgling) brands flocked to Miami last week, too, aiming to get their projects and initiatives in front of Basel's ever-desirable demographic. Here's a look at events that dotted the landscape, including Absolut's pop-up exhibit, Mini Cooper's caravan, Bombay Sapphire's Artisan Series, and Refinery29's launch party for its Miami site.

Will Ryman Sculpture at the Sagamore
The Sagamore, Paul Kasmin Gallery, and Will Ryman unveiled blossoming sculpture "65th Street" on November 27 on the beachfront.

Audi at Design Miami
At Design Miami, which opened November 30, Copenhagen-based design firm Big unveiled an entry for the Audi Urban Future Award. The installation featured the A2 e-tron concept car on an interactive LED surface where light follows the feet of those who walk on it.

Fendi at Design Miami
Fendi commissioned designers Elisa Strozyk and Sebastian Neeb to create an installation with antique furniture pieces from the 18th century. The furnishings were transformed from solid wood to leather and other pliable textiles, using Fendi's discarded leather materials.

The Art Basel Miami Beach anniversary event featured an alligator mounted next to an edible landscape of native plants and vegetables. The meat of the alligator was prepared in five ways by Shiraz in collaboration with chef Matthew Weingarten: alligator sausage and cat tail pollen corn dogs, Florida citrus glazed alligator ribs, fried popcorn gator nuggets with chili remoulade, alligator tail and crawfish terrine, and alligator and swamp vegetable gumbo.
