Calming decor and health-conscious meals are the focus of the new Bliss Restaurant & Bar at the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel. Designed by Anna Simone of Cecconi Simone Inc., the 149-seat dining room is decorated in a palette of earth tones with sheer linen fabrics cordoning off semiprivate booths. Executive chef William Huang's menu includes a signature dish of crab cakes with grilled baby leeks, capers, and mustard crème fraîche, and lighter options such as grilled lemon-pepper-crusted salmon.
