Triple-baked biscotti from Mandelbites

Mandelbites—a new biscotti company founded by Paula Zivot (who trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris)—offers four flavours of bite-size biscotti for events and corporate gifts. The triple-baked cookies are available in chocolate almond, roasted almond, deep caramel pecan, and mocha mystery. Zivot makes her biscotti with whole roasted nuts and all-natural ingredients. The roasted almond and chocolate almond versions are dairy free. The cookies, available for sale at retailers such as Pusateri's Fine Foods and La Salumeria, can be ordered in bulk for a dessert table or as gift bags for guests to take home. Small bags containing 14 pieces of biscotti cost $6.95 each. Prices vary depending on the quantity ordered.
